Marketing Manager

Requirements

  • Experience in marketing from 3 years;
  • Experience in b2b projects;
  • Experience working with LinkedIn Ads (lead generation), launching and optimizing Facebook Ads campaigns;
  • Experience developing content on social platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter (moderation of posts and groups);
  • Basic understanding of Google Analytics and knowledge of digital marketing tools;
  • English Upper-Intermediate or Advanced;

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market and competitor analysis;
  • Plan and develop a community and forum within the Academy product (we plan to launch our own developer forum on the site);
  • Assist in the development of SMM strategy, content plan and implementation (Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin);
  • Setting up, executing, reporting and optimizing campaigns to promote subscribers and community growth (experience with LinkedIn Ads, Quora Ads, Reddit Ads, Facebook Ads);
  • Create and maintain Linkedin and Facebook communities and groups;
  • Run webinars as a separate lead generation funnel (from strategy to measuring results and optimization);
  • Generate your own creative ideas to promote the Academy;
  • Find platforms and media to work together on guest posting;
  • Work closely with email teams and manage the launch of sequences;
  • Work closely with blog teams and generate article ideas;
  • Work closely with product, help desk, solution engineers and user content. – Set goals for designers and the content team.
