- Experience with online sales funnels;
- Confident experience in traffic;
- Strong understanding of the basic principles and algorithms of the main traffic channels (Facebook, Google);
- Experience in building multi-channel traffic systems/working with setting up multiple traffic channels;
- Experience with Facebook/Instagram targeting at least 1 year;
- Ability to scale Facebook ad campaigns horizontally and vertically;
- Experience with Google AdWords at least 1 year;
- Ability to quickly become familiar with advanced tools for traffic optimization and automation;
- Understanding of advertising campaign optimization strategies for each channel;
- Experience of working with ad budgets of $10k and more per month;
- Confident understanding of online analytics tools, Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager;
- Upper Intermediate/Advanced English;
- Experience working in Digital marketing teams with designer, copywriter, layout designer, other traffic managers and contextualists.
- Experience using tools to automate traffic sources;
- Experience working with YouTube Ads.
- Launch and optimize Facebook ad campaigns;
- Launch and optimization of Google Adwords, Google Shopping, YouTube Ads advertising campaigns.
- Split Testing of the bandings/creatives.
- Building a system of reports and analytics in the context of each channel on a weekly basis.
